• Hot Dough Presses – The Somerset hot dough press uses a heated platen with an easily adjustable temperature range of 150 F (66 C) to 300 F (150 C) degrees for versatility and precise temperature control. Even, precise temperature control stretches the product and reduces shrinkage in every application.

• Cold Dough Presses – For warm doughs that need to be stretched and pressed without heat such as pizza and other doughs, our cold dough presses are the ideal solution. They press and stretch dough up to 60% of the desired diameter which saves time on tossing and finishing the product by hand.

• Dual Heat Dough Presses – Our dual heat dough presses use two heated platens for par-baking the product which speeds the cooking process significantly and increases the production of flour tortillas and other flatbreads.
